Things are looking up =)
* I GOT THE JOB!!! It won't be official until Feb 11th, so theoretically it could still fall through, but for now, I am psyched beyond belief =) Pay increase + full benefits = GO!
* Heard from the DA, and I got a victim package in the mail that I have to fill out so I may be awarded restitution for my losses (ie: impound fee, lost wages, etc.) I also get to write a statement of impact, and I could feasibly request monetary feems from the GA Crime Victim Board, but I don't think I will.
[bad news = dude is currently out of jail, and back in my neighborhood =/]
* Brian's been using his days off to get things moving again with the house repairs/upgrades, and my mom and Nick are going to start helping us out with it on the weekends too, now that it's not so retardedly cold outside.
* Since things have been slightly more cozy, I've been taking 1 weekend day off for BHV every week, so I'm now only working 6 days/week instead of 7. And that, my friends, makes all the difference.

* Today is my daddy's birthday, and I was able to come to work and function normally, rather than stay in bed all day crying and eating brownie batter. I take that as an improvement as well. Resa and I are going bowling tonight to celebrate, as is tradition. I haven't bowled in a long, long time, and I am looking forward to it.
