Adventures!
Yesterday I drove Holly to NH so she could meet with Elana. I got lunch at the truck stop there with them and then drove back up. My car is now BLEEDING coolant, which sucks, and my poor car is also smoking. I'm pretty sure it's the head gasket, so my poor car really just has a matter of time. ;_;
I picked up Sky and Christina last night from the airport. Their flight finally got in at 1:15am. I got home last night at 2am and then went to sleep around 3am and TRIED MY HARDEST to sleep in but could only sleep until 11am, which kind of sucked. There used to be a time when I had no trouble sleeping until noon.
Betsy made it to Korea okay, so I've been thinking about her most of the day. ^__^ I hope that she has fun with Megan.
I went to Sky's and helped her shovel. She made me breakfast and then Shannon popped by and we all went out to Koto. I got teriyaki tofu which was delicious. The miso soup I got was white miso soup, and I kind of miss red miso soup...afterwards we went downtown and I got some coffee at New Moon and Sky and Shannon got Ben and Jerry's Frozen Yogurt. It is really warm outside and the snow that we got is melting due to random rain and the warm weather.
I have to work tonight until closing, tomorrow night until close and Sunday until close. I'm not really looking forward to it. Then my week continues with only the two confusingly scheduled shifts. We'll have to see about that.
I really wanted to get something constructive done in my room today, but I wasn't able to. That is kind of irritating, but what can you do? Nothing, really. Blah. I feel kind of icky now, and I have to head to work in about ten minutes. I guess I'll get up and go putter around before I go.
