The pain has begun

I'm not really in all that much pain, I just liked the title and though it was a little fitting.  When on earth did I last update.  I don't know what i've told you and what i've left out.  I'll start with my weekend, hows that?

I spent loads of money this weekend, but every penny I did spend was totally worth it.  I bought a new waterproof jacket, it's marmot with gortex,  Its fancy out, I like it, what makes me love it was the price.  €70 in TK Max, I love that shop.  I couldn't believe it when I saw the price, a jacket like that would usually sell for at least €200.  I also bought a pair of fleece pants.  They are so warm and comfortable, I figure they'll come in very handy for climbing.  I bought other stuff too, how sad am I that I can't even remember.
Other than that my weekend was pretty quiet, I slept lots.

On Monday morning we finally started sports on the course and amazingly the weather held.  My first day was spent kayaking.  It was a bit windy which made life interesting.  We mainly focused on strokes, and I actually learned stuff.  Well perhaps not learned but corrected my way of doing things.  I had become a very lazy paddler, leaning back and not paddling efficiently, that's changed.  I was little sore this morning but nothing too debilliatating.

Today was another day kayaking.  We went for a little tour, it was fantastic. The sun was shining, there was a very slight breeze and we took it easy.  After lunch we practiced strokes and played some canoe polo, using a sponge for a ball.  It was great fun, some people were very violent, but we all had a laugh.
Oh I forgot I took photos today, I really should upload them, but right now i'm feeling lazy, so your not going to see them for a while.

Tomorrow will be my first day of climbing, I can't wait, I hope the weather holds.   Please stay sunny weather...
