How come on the nights we seem to do less structured training, and more our own self training I always end up more tired, worn out than on nights we do lots of stuff all night long??

Tis another of Life's mysteries.....

Anyway.. Tis time for a shower, then a hunt for coffee. I know I have some somewhere....

Well i finally have proof I am at heart a "nice guy".

Last nights training involved a grading/checktest session. Where I was graded by the Instructors son, who is notoriously picky in his scoring. Well there now seems to be a tradition forming, where one night a week after training the instructor goes round to planetpete's house and we all end up talking till past the witching hour. Well the advertised FCMA seminar on sparring techniques was changed due to low numbers. “In fairness the days seminar did clash with an England World Cup match” So instead we went through the first level of the intermediate course to warm everyone up, and it’s a good variety of techniques ( Read more... )
