Weighing In.

This past week went much better than last week.  For one there were no holiday parties with all kinds of good eating. LOL  I stuck to my exercising ( Cardio )  this past week and really paid attention to what I was putting into my mouth and how much . I also made a big effort to eat 6 smaller meals and drink lots of water and it seeded to have helped.  I weighed in this morning at 247.5lbs    I lost 4.5 lbs.  WOO HOO.  So this week I am going to continue with the new eating habit and try to step up the exercising just a bit and see what happens.
