Blacklist, Sara Paretsky - 8th of 50

I saw a V.I. Warshawski movie once and loved it. Can't remember the name. I love the character of V.I. Probably influenced by the beautiful and capable actor, Kathleen Turner. :-) That's who I put in the place of V.I. and it went thru without a hitch. Blacklist didn't have the fantastic excitement of a Laurell K. Hamilton, Anita Blake novel, but that's what I liked about it. Really nice to leave Sci Fi / Horror alone for a while. I will definitely read more Paretsky, and thank whomever recommended her to me. :-)

I also just watched Windsor Castle, uh, the banquet one. Really, really engaging. I love sociology and that movie does it for me. Oddly enough I get about the same excitement about watching the castle doings as I do watching a Harry Potter film. It opens a whole new set of possibilities, ones which I have been denied hitherto.
