just in case...
Most people have probably heard by this point that LJ is going to be down for much of the day tomorrow. (see news, if you haven't heard this) I intend to lock myself in with a microfilm machine tomorrow and consequently not even notice (I hope). I do not expect to suddenly start using my backup insanejournal account just because there will be no LJ for a few hours. But in the remote chance that LJ is down for days and days or something, I am also pellucid on IJ. I'm hoping and expecting, however, that at least by tomorrow evening all will be back to normal in LJ-land. *crosses fingers*

There was something about last week's SCC episode that sort of flipped a switch for me, and I've gone from enjoying this show to feeling quite fannish about it. I've been thinking about it all week. I'm counting down the hours until tonight's episode! This is...a little strange, frankly. I think it's all because I want to find out what happens with Ellison and Sarah! I suddenly have a relationship to be invested in. Despite my periodic feeble protestations to the contrary, I fear my basic fannish orientation is "shipper"! Knowing my luck it'll be ages and ages before they cross paths again. But I'm still looking forward to tonight's ep!
And I did finally find an Ellison icon! Yay!!!
