let's just say I want to believe
I have made it to gabolange's!!!!! And we assembled furniture without disaster!!!! I even hammered left-handed without smashing myself or her new furniture!

I almost cheered outloud when Skinner showed up. I knew he was only going to have a small part in it. That scene with him and Mulder was sweet.
I thought it was sort of a kick in the teeth to not even mention Doggett and Reyes. If they didn't want the actors or they weren't available I think some mention would have been nice.
I liked the plot and how it changed from being a simple case to being the outrageous & gross head transplant operation. It was odd that there was no mention of anything remotely alien except for the reminder that Mulder's sister was supposedly kidnapped by aliens.
My main nitpick is that they didn't show Mulder crawling up the cliff after his car was pushed off it. The next time we see him after that he is walking on the road in better condition then I think he should have been.
I love that Scully was the one to save Mulder from having his head chopped off.
Makes me wish that the show was still being aired in syndication. At least none of the stations I get are airing it. I might even see if I can get a dl of the series finale. It is has been 6 years since I watched it so I don't remember the details they mentioned about it in the movie. I remember being quite disappointed with the finale.
After seeing the extra bit in the credits I am leaning more towards that this is it. I think Chris wrote himself in a corner with the whole alien conspiracy arc and that this movie gives us as much closure as we are going to get on the whole franchise.
