I will never understand why the fics I would consider my best and most interesting get about 10% of the attention that a silly fluff drabble will. What is it that puts people off? Angst? I wanted to do an end-of-year recap, but for now, end-of-year fic stats have to suffice. 2007 was more productive as far as sheer word count goes, but I think I had particular fun writing this year because I discovered (and abandoned again *g*) new fandoms, and I tried some things I hadn't done before with good success.
