to brighten your day: my dad, who has not being doing very well with alzheimer's, is now undergoing extensive hospital and psychiatric care and is doing better in tiny baby steps. my mom sees him every day and as they were sitting down to eat lunch, my dad took a look at my mom and said "hey, you're good lookin'!" 50 years together, people. 50 years.
