My vacation didn't exactly go as planned.
Friday night I sat around the house playing WoW after a wonderful swim (which was the last one I'd have until today).
Saturday I went up to Dean and Kelly's and we went to see Taken (awesome movie, I highly recommend it if you like action flicks), then we went to Cold Stones and stopped by Jim's for my print. YAY! Saturday night we went to Passive Arts near LAX and my bottom and back was turned to different colors. WEEE! Parts of Saturday and a good amount of Sunday Kelly and I played video games on her wii. It was fun. I really like Raymond's Rabbit Rabbits, muy buen.
Sunday night I went to Monte's and we headed to Malidiction (yes I know I've said I hate Mal in the past, but well when you go with different eyes, its hella fun. Best night ever. Kissing on a couch like a 16 year old, also hella fun).
Went to bed with the sun and spent Monday recovering from the abuse I gave my body Sunday night. Woke up with the sunset got nurishment, went back to sleep.
Got up Tuesday in time to go to dentist appointment. UG painful. At least 1/2 my mouth is done. Did small amount of shopping (finally got Katamari) and played more WoW.
Woke up middle of the night shivering. Thought, "Is it that cold or am I coming down with something?" Put a 2nd blanket over me and felt warm, confidant that I was not sick.
Wed morning, woke up with a bulldozer chewing on my body covered in fog. Took temperature, 102^ *face palm Thought: well at least I have a doc appt. tomorrow. Slept rest of day until Chris woke me up for WoW so we could get our last coins. Most painful WoW experience ever. I was so out of it. But we got our coins and our Elder titles! Yay!
Thursday, OMFG please kill me now. Called in sick to dentist. Went back to sleep until doc appt. Went to doc, Tonsillitis w/ a touch of flu. OMG am I 12? Gave me lots of meds and a shot in the butt that while made me a nanometer from passing out for 10 min, afterward made me feel SO good that I thought about going back Friday for a 2nd one. Found out needles really do make me faint, I'm so mental. Mental note, take someone to drive you to and from doc in future if needles will be involved! /sigh Oh yeah, had to call in sick to motorcycle class as well. /cry Have to give them $50 more to take class at later time. At least it might get to be with Ruth and Larry though!
Friday, supposed to go to work. Woke up noon thirty. Ug. Well at least they already knew I wasn't coming in from my phone call and emails Wed. Thought about getting a 2nd shot, decided fainting wasn't worth it. Played WoW all day, feeling better.
Saturday, cabin fever setting in but still not 100%. Cleaned a little, put up print from Jim (It's so purdy), and a few other things including redwood butterfly now has a place of honor above the hallway. More WoW.
Sunday. Cabin fever going to kill me. More WoW, got out of house for nanoseconds to get Subway for dinner. 3 hours of Katamari. I can't not believe I played that for 3 hours straight, and I want to play more! Got a messege from Monte asking if I wanted to do anything. YES. YES YES YES YES. PLzEGETMEOUTOFHEREKTHKS. What are we doing? Mal? OK... wait... the spazmatics. Sure, that's something new and sounds like fun. lets go! It was fun. It was very crowded and Monte got punched by a silicone girl. Lolz galore.
Monday (today), drove to work from NoHo in pouring rain on 3 hours of sleep. Left the most comfortable bed with a warm body in it to go to work. /cry, bitch, moan. Left work early to go work out. Swam, 1st work out in a little over a week. It felt awesome. Still on my high. MMMmmmmmmmmmm /content sigh And I weight around 143 lbs. Yay! Must work on getting tummy flat. GRAWR!
