In Jan 2008 I weighed 170lbs
In April 2008 I weighted 165lbs
In August 2008 I weighed 160 lbs
In October 2008 I weighed 150 lbs and got stuck for a long time.
Today weight 145, only 5 lbs less then when the break up occurred (I had wanted to be at my 130 goal today).
However, obviously what I've been doing has been showing up in other numbers. (and I thought that I wasn't doing well) I've lost 6 inches off my chest and hips and almost 4 off my waist. Looking at it this way makes me understand why I've only lost 5 lbs but can be a size 6. I don't understand 100%, but I do know muscle weighs more then fat. And it is amazing to me that fat obviously takes up a lot more room then muscle.

Don't worry boys, I know those of you that think I'm attractive love my ass and hips, they haven't gone anywhere. I'm still really hippy, trust me (Ok I know ONE of you thinks I'm too skinny, but that's just one) I can't change the bones nor do I want to.
