(no subject)
I'm so not going to enjoy the next couple of weeks. druidmage rolled his ankle badly during PT yesterday morning so he's on crutches. The doctor told him it probably would have been better if he had just broken it. He's trying to do what he can so I don't have to take car of both him and Gavin, but I just got a lot of extra work to do for a while.
I have to make sure the floors are clear so he won't trip with his crutches. I have to rewrap the splint on his ankle whenever he takes it off for shower or sleeping. I'll be the only one putting Gavin to bed for a bit, since he wouldn't be able to get up with Gavin in his lap. I've got to stop making this list or I'll make myself feel worse.
Neither one of us slept well last night since he couldn't get and stay comfortable. Everytime I was just about to doze off I got woken up. Needless to say when Gavin goes down for a nap I will too.
