i hate torts.
ARGH. im procrastinating.
anw, just wanted to note down some amusing things that have been happening.
1. mummy told me yesterday of a convo that took place btw my two youngest sisters when they were quarreling with each other:
qi: you fat pig!
yi: you stupid chicken!
-then they suddenly stop and look at each other-
qi&yi: then what are our parents?!
-and then they BURST OUT LAUGHING-
FAINTS. hahahahaha.
2. my little cousin should just grow up and become a house-husband. he was the one who taught my mom how to store that trolley thingy properly - how to make use of that hook-like thingy so that the trolley won't open up. and he always brings snacks from his house for me and fills up my "goodies box" xp and on mondays when he comes, he moves all the furniture and whatnot out of the kitchen, cos he knows my mom washes the kitchen floor on monday. hahaha, but im not complaining! xp
3. was reading the case of mcfarlane v. tayside health board, where the plaintiff, a MALE, sued the hospital for negligently performing vasectomy - he ended up impregnating his wife. the thing is, he sued for PAIN AND SUFFERING DURING THE PREGNANCY AND CHILDBIRTH. what pain and suffering i ask you?! he's not the one being pregnant and giving birth! and the court actually granted him that. oh.my.word. then timo says, "actually... i think a guy does suffer pain during labour. like... emotional trauma... wife squeeze hand too hard" ROFL. i almost died -.-"
