(no subject)
Just got back to Santa Barbara from the City of Angels. This weekend was good times all around.
I got to Irvine with Taneen on Thursday night and hung out with her friends before we went to sleep. We then woke up at 5:15 the next morning to get on the road to LA before traffic hit. Apparently traffic is shitty in LA as early as 6:00 AM. In fact, it was already held back here and there at 5:30, which was absurd.
Anyhow, we got to the consulate at about 7, and were out by 9. Definitely unexpectedly quick. With our extra time, we took a walk through Griffith Park, which was beautiful, and made our way back to UCLA. It was there that we sad our goodbyes *tear* and were off.
The rest of the weekend pretty much involved hanging out with homies while nobody was at UCLA, and getting in the way of their moving in. It was awesome.
I miss Taneen, especially now that she's on the plane to another country. It's very likely that I won't see her until I get back from Spain, and we'll see how things are then.
Being single is so overrated...
