Daisy was just wandering the halls, humming some tune to herself, when she happened to see a lanky teenager she hadn't seen before. He looked a little familiar...

Falcon too, was just meandering, maybe looking for a class to sit in on, maybe not. Who knew?

He was, however, not really paying very much attention to the other people in the hall, so it was only a matter of time before he bumped into Daisy. "Whoops. Uh...sorry."

"Watch it!" Daisy said. "You need to pay more attention!" She looked him over. "I haven't seen you around here before... What's your name?"

"I said sorry." He grunted. Geez was that not enough for people these days? Falcon turned to find that Daisy was very obviously scrutinizing him.

"I'm a potential transfer. Here for the week. Andy Summer. You?"

"Andy, huh? Well, welcome." Huh. He wasn't bad looking at all. "Need someone to show you around? I've got time," she offered helpfully.

Falcon raised an eyebrow. He was...not entirely sure about this offer, not from the way Daisy had been looking him up and down just a moment ago. This is one of my students oh god.

On the other hand, what the hell kind of teenage boy turns down a polite offer like that? From a girl?

"Uhh...I mean...well, sure, I guess. I didn't catch your name."

"It's Daisy," she introduced herself with a smile. "All right, so we're in the dorms now, boys dorms are that way and girls dorms are that way. Did you get a room assigned?"

"Oh, no." He shook his head, realizing he should probably clarify some things. "I'm just here for the week, so I'm uh...staying in the temporary dorm."

She'd buy that. Yeah. Of course. That's where they stuck kids while waiting for dorm assignments. It'd make sense.

"Oh yeah, I guess that makes sense," she relented, scratching her head. "Not much else to say about the dorms. They're comfy, sometimes crazy stuff happens, and one of the rooms is haunted. But you get used to it! So, wanna go check out the classrooms?"

"Suuure." He said, starting to follow her and having to remind himself that he had to pretend that he didn't know where he was going. "Everybody tells me this place is crazy, but it seems okay so far. What classes are you taking?"

"Well, I'm in Driver's Ed, I'm taking Ettiquette, sex ed... Though I'm not so sure about that one. Hell, a lot of the classes here are a bit crazy, but I guess you get used to it after a while!" she suggested, shrugging. "What do you think you'd like to take?"

"I heard Driver's Ed is really something." It was a little difficult to mask his bitterness for GOROOOH. Gosh, this whole masquerade was really taking a toll on his pride.

Time to do his favorite incognito thing: get other people to inadvertently tell him how cool he was. "I was uh...looking at the science classes, mostly. Biology. Biomech. Physics."

"It really is," she said with a chuckle.

"I've been to Bio before," she said. "I wanted to grow Piranha Plants, but Mr. Olimar said no. I'm in Physics too. We were building soapbox cars this one time, and I partnered up with Lash. She had this great idea for aerodynamic designs, and we ended up wearing these really tight jumpsuits for it."

Right. That. Falcon had wondered why their blueprints had seemed so...curvy. It was also unfortunate that teenage boys tended to be raging balls of hormones (no pun intended).

"Sounds...fun." He coughed out.

"It was okay," she said. "The suits chafed though. I prefer shorts when I'm doing something sporty," she added.

No. No, Falcon did not want to hear about chafing. Daisy that was just TMI oh God she's my student.

"Yeah uh...me too."
