The Fish Fish

From my LACK of updating here, its evident of just how things have been going.  I hate to not give it my best when writing on here, but i'm tired, lol.

Anna's visit to the Toledo area came and went very well.  Read about the Memorial Day picnic over at Ms Jones Kitchen
It was really great to see her and get to hang out with alot of people that I really don't get to see often at all.  Besides the Mem Day festivities, last week held:

- BBQ and B-Ball with the Robers
- Seeing 28 Weeks Later again this time while eating Wow Cow
- THE CAVS WINNING THE EASTERN CONFERENCE FINALS

The 31st was also my 'Body Shop at Home' party.  Again, you can read about the 'refreshements' in Ms Jones Kitchen.  I was really touched and surprised that all 8 people I invited to the party showed up.  Good friends are such a soul cleansing thing.   We had a blast!  I wish I could have had my hometown ladies there as well, but there's plenty of hangout with them coming sooner than later.

Last weekend was the CAVS and Anna's last night in town. Then Sunday after church, i set out on the quest to find an outfit for Maureen's wedding next weekend.  I really wanted to find a dress, but nothing was catching my eye.  Therefore, I opted for a short jacket and linen pants combo that is adorable.
Other highlights of the past 7 days:

- Working on air for Carolyn on Tuesday and Wednesday.  It occurs to me now that 1) after today, I only have one more shift on the Zone...EVER and 2) I have none of the air breaks I've done saved.  I'm going to really have to work hard on gathering some of the material from the past two weeks to put some sort of quality demo together.
- Going to the Mudhens game with KC, Murph, and Dawn.  Hawaiian night was surprisingly cold, but the usher Marie Staley was gracious enough to move us to the front row on first base side.  There was also zany antics with the mysterious 'Cool Dogs'
- Game 1 of the NBS Finals.  Rest assured, the CAVS will RISE UP!  Game 2 tomorrow night.  BE A WITNESS
- The WhiteHouse Cherry Festival last night with the Murphy's and KC again.  In a great coincidence, the Sanderling were playing, so we ate pie while watching Josh and company rock out a bit.  Abby from Fox TOledo is TERRIFYING and Murph won two fishes.

This afternoon after work is Ashley's graduation party at GD, then I'm on a mission to find shoes and accessories for my wedding outfit.  I was able to get the 18th off work (my last personal day) so we can all go out on the evening of the 17th to watch Game 5 together.  PLus, it gives me another day with MOOM.  Tomorrow KC is picking Stephanie and I up at my place @8:30 am so we can go to Anita's house and then to Cedar Point from there!  I haven't been to CP since high school graduation, so that should be HELLA FUN!  Thank the good Lord I'm tall enough to ride the rides.

This past week, I also booked my one way ticket to NYC.  I take off at 9:45AM on July 17th and land in NYC around 1pm.  The original plan was to go on July 16th, but this again, gives MOOM one more day.  Dad should be rolling into the city in the Budget rental truck on the 21st. He was even nice enough to face his fear of the Great Lakes Mall and get me a youth sized Cave tee.
I also applied for a position as Ad Traffic Coordinator at DailyCandy in NYC.  If you've never seen that newsletter...check it out at dailycandy.com

For the rest of this week:

sunday - Cedar Point and CAVS
monday - work and VIP reception for the Lion King at the Stranahan
tuesday - Work and PT session with KC at her gym
wednesday - work, mid-week service, and cookie baking for the Posner Classic
thursday - CAVS and more Posner Classic baking
friday - going HOME after work!

when do i sleep?  who cares!!  LOL.  more importantly, what do i pack for lunch for CP tomorrow?

1/2 an hour left of my shift.   wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
maybe i'll update later this week...cedar point pics perhaps?
