Question to other hardware guru's
I built my cousin a frankensystem that actually isn't that bad, but it has a shitty onboard Intel graphics chip. Even though the shitty Intel chip counts as AGP, we found we're much better off using the 32MB PCI VooDoo 3 card I put in there.
Since then my cousin has found an armload of games he wants, but his system comes just shy of supporting it, so he's decided to actually pay for a video card, but it has to be PCI. I found what looks like the best deal to me since he's going for the $50 range. My question: Do all DVI outs support the DVI to VGA adapter, or does the card have to be specially setup for it?
