Momocon 2009

Mar 15, 2009 19:30

My Artist Alley table cost me $30. I sold origami star bracelets. I dont want origami stars anymore. I even sold ziplock bags full of them.

I made $134.00 dollars. So in profit, it was 104 dollars. Of course I spent some of this, $10 on the Trek spoof DVD (they were next to me in the Artist Alley and I COULD NOT RESIST IT) and $14 on Kabuto, Gekiranger, and Den-O chopsticks. But still. $104 is a fantastic profit. I sold out of bracelets on both days of the con, today I sold out before noon and did free commissions for twoish hours. Selling out is a really good feeling, guys. I will make prints of my art to sell at Momocon next year. Because the most fun way to do Momocon is from behind a table. Wish I was joking.

I wore my BoukenRed helmet the entire time, it was awesomesauce. My friend Eddie took a pic of me without the helmet, but that's okay because we all know what that looks like anyway. Tons of people took pics of me but I have yet to find any on the internets...
