Running Commentary
(This isn't an icon post. I've made 5billion icons that I am just hoarding, because I am a mean icon maker.)
Living with me must be like having constant running commentary about things you have no idea about. I dont even bother not to talk to myself anymore- especially when I watch stuff.
I need to share. Think of this like a picspam... kinda.
100% Entertainment
I've watched every fricken episode since like the middle of January (before they went on niew year break). No, I dont know why. I dont even understand Chinese. But I recognize a large majority of the guests and it's how Im keeping up with this season's twn dramas and music. Like how it forces me to download crap like Ice Cream Musume and Danson Tang's new album.
Plus... there's always things like this to keep me interested, too:
I think what was going on is that Xiao Gui was massaging Show's legs... but it makes me want to write slash fics.

Kamen Rider Decade
I hate Tsukasa. I think he's a jerkwad. Seriously.
I can barely watch this show.
Its coolness has worn off considerably. Now it is just fuckingweird.
I feel ashamed that I hate Decade so much, but seriously... I do.
After getting through the raws for the kiva eps, I couldn't even go through again to take screencaps and I couldn't even make myself watch the TVN sub.

I'll just pretend that this was this year's rider and all is good with the world again.

This is fucking awesome so far. I like it so much.
Plus it is SWEET in HD. This is the first time I've watched something in HD and have actually seen a difference.
I really like their calligraphy pen things, I really like their helmets. I really like them.
Except for Aiba Hiroki. First time I watched ep 1 I almost fell out of my chair, "WTF is AIBA DOING HERE?"
Anyway...

The premise: MARS (Jiro!) is a fallen...ish idol that for some reason has to go to this school and rent a room from this crazy otaku girl (Rainie!) and I guess they'll eventually fall in love or whatever. But the crazy otaku girl has a close guy friend (GEORGE HU) who is actually who I am rooting for in this one. Heissoadorableomg. Anyway, it is basically this year's Smiling Pasta. Jerk idol gets sweet girl. Probably.
He kissed her ep 2. EPISODE TWO, PEOPLE. WTF? It was pretty sexy, though.
Jiro's character is pretty stylish, you gotta admit.
Seriously LOOK AT HOW ADORABLE HE IS. What I've gotten so far is that he's ind of childish, really likes lollipops, and really likes Rainie's character. And he goes out of his way for her. It's really very cute. I am touched.
Jiro abs! This was like 3 minutes in to episode one, and well... I couldn't stop watching then. Who can argue with an almost-naked Wang Dong Chen?
KO 3an Guo!!!!!! Zhong Ji San Guo!
The 3quel to KO One! I literally freaked out when I found out about this. Counted down the days to the premier, downloaded it immediately from questionable chinese file sharing BBS.
It does not dissapoint.
1. The new trio is George Hu / Lin Bo Yan / Xiu
I love this. I think George Hu is perfect in this role. He is so fantastic. I think I'm crushing on him.
However, I still wish Xiu could act. It's not that it's terrible, it's just that he annoys me. I wish he would stick to playing guitar, I mean... he tore it up on 100% Entertainment, it was pretty sweet. It is also not that I don't think Xiu is way cute. He is cute, he just... can act one moment and can't act the next and I'm never really sure wtf.
And I cant complain about Lin Bo Yan, he's a pretty awesome guy. And he had tonssss of screentime ep 1, I was impressed at the awesomeness.

2. The old trio was given significant screentime in episode one.
There's not a problem with this. They set something in motion, called each other their nicknames, did all of their little defining habits, and were still incredibly in-character even after all these years.
There was some of the bad jokes/puns.
and he got to do this. Twice. Ahh, nostalgia.
They made lots of Romance of the Three Kingdoms puns with Lin Bo Yan when George Hu and their version of Xiu (the Liu Bei) were unconcious.
3. Benji. I dont know where the fuck this guy came from but he is drop-dead sexy. What. The. Crap.
Okay, so in KO3G he's a heartbreaker, it would be kind of halarious if it weren't true. I felt it. I felt my heart break when he looked away. Ahhh.
But seriously, KO3G was bad and made him wear this weird towel and I *think* they dubbed his voice, I'm not totally sure. Both of which are stupid decisions. He was on 100% and oh.my.god.
See? I told you. Plus his eyes are really pretty but I didn't get a good enough screencap.
Plus he's way aweseome at some sort of taichi sword stuff. He did it on 100% and it was fuckingcool omg.
4. King Kong Mei Mei! I admit I have a huge girlcrush on Wu Xiong. She is just really cute, and I love the way she talks. I really missed her, she's got awesome charisma. <333333
okay, I'll shut up about that.

QED because I like Aoi Nakamura. That lovely kiss with Morisaki Win in Gakko! just like... seriously who wouldnt like Nakamura Aoi after that? Anyway, watching QED. It's kind of annoying because I figure everything out quickly too, but I like it because of the underlying high school romance story. Still the gay kissing image prevails. That's all.
Plus Seto Koji because I now feel that he is significantly underrepresented in my LJ.
