Technology is a fickle friend, my friends.
I'm supposed to spend the weekend visiting cousins in Cambridge, assuming I can secure frickin train tickets. But even in my frustration, I managed to find a moment to stop and contemplate hot sauce.
I bought this bottle of hot sauce for taco night weeks ago. I only used it that one time. Last week I saw that it said to "refrigerate after opening". Oops. But it's still sitting here on my shelf. Not in the fridge. I still want to use it, but I'm wondering if it's still good.
I'm also wondering if it really matters whether or not it's still good. I've never seen a news headline that read "Girl dies from old hot sauce".
I just might be the first.
