Anyone know what this is? It's in the tree in our front yard...
We emailed some guy from University of Arkansas at Little Rock to ask if he could identify it, but I don't think we've heard back from him yet. It's not throughout the whole tree, just mostly on the lower branches. If you have any ideas, we'd love to hear them. We're considering cutting the tree down (it has a bunch of dead branches and we think it's probably being parasitized).
