... oh for goodness sakes, no. O2 do not feel "sad" that I am leaving them for another mobile phone network. I SHOULD NOT BE FEELING GUILTY FOR THIS. I blame my mother for giving me a complex about the last pea on the plate (it was always very sad and lonely).
