working on small home maintenance/upgrade jobs.
looking for a job in vancouver.
looking for a house in vancouver.
wanting to start purging and packing, but not wanting to get too far ahead of myself.
just had a few friends over to eat lots of chips, and play 'apples to apples' while the kids stayed up late watching jonah and dora. that was fun. =)
mom is still out of work - applying for ten jobs a week. i told her, she should move to washington. minimum wage is way higher. she wants to be near her family, though, which i don't fault her for.
got $50 from my ex-step-dad. for my birthday. holy cow. i'm going to be 31 in three days. that's how old my husband was when we got married. seven years ago. so now i know how he felt when he got married. wow. he waited a really long time for me. what a wonderful man! loyal to the bride he knew God was preparing for him! that means we're coming up on our 7 year anniversary! we have toyed with the idea of taking our alaska air miles and going to hawaii for it but i don't know. we are in such a crazy transition time, trying to figure everything out and sell our house too, i don't know if we can do it. even if the Hills gave us a great deal on their bed & breakfast place. i guess we'll see.
i am tired. i think i will hit the hay.
