So, i just now started to meditate and stuff. you know? just to clear my mind and evrything? It helps...alot lol. like, no joke. you sit there for however long you want and it really clears the negativity from ur brain. I dont do it for too long or i'll fall asleep lol. it depends on what kind of meditation cuz there's all kinds. some meditation will make me tired and some won't.
I think meditation is awesome lol... well. dats it for now. Just wanted to post how i felt about meditating lol. bye! :))
