oh, life. Life for me has been going well. Working provides something interesting and constructive for me to do and however much my bosslady jokes about job security and stuff (she's said that exact phrase twice and each time I freak out thinking that THIS IS THE END, SHE'S GOING TO FIRE ME FOR SOMETHING I FORGOT OHHH SHIIIT) and then thanks me for helping at the end of the day (which just makes me feel weird because um.. I mean I'm getting paid and it's not like you're forcing me to do it I swear), I actually enjoy this job. It's good to have something to do with my spare time because otherwise I'd be lazing about developing half-hatched plans and I mean I genuinely like it. It's not perfect, it's not something I'd like to do for the rest of my life but I like it quite a bit actually.

Despite the fact my bosslady baffles me in her cheeriness and I'm always scared she doesn't like me.

Sigh. Anyway. I saw my old AP Bio teacher Mrs. Hinson at Davidson the other day, cause she was teaching a class for other AP Bio teachers?? She gave me the weirdest look and was like OMG HEY ONE OF MY FORMER STUDENTS and I was like MRS HINSON HOW FABULOUS. We chattered briefly before I had to continue on but it was still really amusing and nice to see her, especially where I work. In my labcoat that is too long.

Emily, Johanna and I want to enter in the "most musical" layout+food picnic at the next Pops concert. Anyone have any ideas as to what we could do? It would be incredibly appreciated!!

And now I'm beginning to wonder about Vet school, about working with animals for the rest of my life, because I've decided that since nothing distracts me like nature and animals I should probably work toward a career in that path. We'll see.
