Tomorrow Kevin and I are getting away to Carcassonne for four days. I am really looking forward to this trip. I need a break and we plan to just look at Cathar ruins and drink wine! LOL! So, when we decided to go to Provence we had to figure out travel logistics. There were several airports we could have flown into but the flight schedules were awful and also the prices were high. Train strike in France today. No idea how or when we will get home - Stuck in Marsailes now and can't get to Paris. We thot we were safe when we avoided the UK strike last week. At least my life isn't dull.

Watching 150 French people with limited English abilities learn to sing Drunken Sailor was one of the funniest things I have seen in ages. They have been good sports about the whole thing.

Spent most of the day in Cassis. Beautiful water. We took a nice boat trip. Had a delicious seafood salad and wine for lunch.

Back to Marseille and driving here is crazy but Kevin will drive anywhere. Had tagine for dinner.

Tomorrow on to Aix and meeting up with the rest of Alton Morris.
