(no subject)
I very patently do not want to work tomorrow... but... six work days before I leave, which means a goodly amount on my last paycheck.
I suppose I'll drive down and move in on Friday the twenty-fourth, and have some time to get settled before classes start. Then, Legacies' four-day event is the weekend of the 31st, and I said I'd bake some sugar-free cookies (since one of the orcs is diabetic), and I think I'll also try and make some fudge confections and sell them at the Fall Festival. Oh, ho, ho.
Speaking of Legacies, does anyone know where I might find a really cheap bodice (plain, used, anything, as long as it's a good price) before Legacies weekend?
Mom and I did some cleaning and packing, and managed to clear out a good amount of space in my room, so most of my LARP and costuming stuff is packed, and some of my books are as well. I'm really excited to go back - not so much for the school thing, but very much for seeing everyone and for apartment and for The Most Exquisitely Dignified Knights of the Teapot Empire, Cheers.
(Speaking of that, I suggest Mondays at eight o'clock for our meetings. Those of you interested, please speak up if that time doesn't work for you.)
