Just in case I don't post in the morning
It is Sunday afternoon and I am sitting here watching Endeavour dock with the space station. And, guess what I am drinking?
That’s right the first eggnog of the season! This is one fat food that only comes around once a year and I take advantage. Yum!
Earlier today I finished the most recent pair of Dearest’s socks and laid them on his bedside table as he slept. I think he likes them folks, nice big grin on his face.
Pucca decided to join me in the bathroom this afternoon. What she didn’t realize was that the toilet seat was up when she jumped up. Well, she landed squarely in the bowl and scrambled to get out and in the process splashed bowl water all over. Needless to say, I felt bad for her but was LMAO. With Dearest’s help we managed to get her dried off and I cleaned up the powder room.
As soon as Endeavour docks I have to go stoke up the wood stove. The temperature is falling and it is going to be a chilly night. I think that it is time that the down duvet get put back on the bed.
teacherbear posted about his bread making adventures this afternoon. Well, I can do a one up on him. I made bread two days ago and when I peaked in the first time everything was rising as it should. When I went to refill my glass a bit later I looked in and the dough had spilled over the sides and onto the heating coil. What a mess! I stopped the process and cleaned everything up and put the dough ball back in to finish the cycle. I did nothing out of the normal so who knows what made it act like the blob who ate NJ.
It is raining again!
Ok, I had better get the wood stove started. More later.

It is now later in the evening, so I am picking up the thread.
We had sushi for dinner and I watched True Blood while Dearest made himself scarce. ☺
I got back down to the computer and found the below in the mail box from him.
