Vote, vote, vote!
I didn’t think I would have time to post this morning but they moved Dearest’s time back a few hours. So…
Ok, I'm off to get dressed and go vote!
Added just a bit later after voting:
Yay! I have just returned from placing my vote. The coffee on my desk was still warm when I returned. There was a line today but it was not bad and things moved quickly.
When asked about the turn out this morning, one of the poll workers said that “it has been heavy”. I am pleased a punch to hear this because during the small local elections there are many people in this burb who do not exercise their right to vote.
