After days of rain, sleet and snow we finally have beautiful bright sunshine and a forecast predicting temps in the 50s-60s for the upcoming week.

Yesterday Dearest was complaining about not being able to watch the cricket World Cup Final. I surfed the web and came up with a few sites that said they offered live streaming of the game. Unfortunately, the “Not available in you area” message came up on the screen. ARGH!

On the knitting front I am into the last part of the Shetland Pi Shawl. Will I get it finished this weekend? Only time will tell.

Before doing any knitting the accu-suck must come out and terrorize the kittens upstairs, laundry and other chores need to be attended to. I also need to chain saw some long pieces of wood that will not fit into the wood stove.

One of the best April fools pieces this year. Cracked me up.
