Sun at last!

The wood stove got its inaugural fire last night. Dearest and I were not the only ones to enjoy the warmth. All of the cats were gathered in front - a pile of fur.

Shephard’s Pie last night - a nice warming dinner for a cold night.

My gosh! This morning we have sun, bright sunshine - breathes a sigh of relief. The forecast still predicts rain but I am hoping that that it is wrong. :)

I have lots to do today so I am off to try and get most of it done.
