Sunday morning
It was dinner and movie again last night - Sita Sings the Blues. Quite inventive, but I must admit I was sitting there wishing Sita would just kick Rama’s ass for the way he treated her.
The cat rabies clinic was fun. It is always nice to see all of the different kinds of cats that live in the town and some of them are quite funny little guys.
Another bag of books made its way home from the book sale yesterday after finishing up with the cat clinic. It is a good thing that the sale is now over or Dearest would be there again today. LOL!
It was nice and warm yesterday and was still in the high 70s by the time the sun went down. I think the windows will stay open this evening. :) And wouldn’t you know it, Sunday is forecast with rain! ARGH! At the moment I can not see any indication on the weather map that it is gong to rain. Make me wonder about the weather people.
I did get a few things done yesterday. I finished my blocking board and affixed Dearest’s vest to it and have left it to dry.
This morning’s papers brought the sad news of the death of Bea Arthur.
