I think I hit a certain wall in my weight loss. A good deal of flesh is dropping down around my waist, it makes me look weird but most importantly it's annoying because I can't wear certain clothes that would normally fit me well. Some shirts are actually getting tighter the further down they go. Old pants that used to fit me well don't even thought the waist size fits. In that sense, I know that I'm still loosing weight, but at the same time the shape of my body feels like it's becoming more and more deformed.
I don't know how I can get rid of this mass. I wonder if it things will re-adjust over time or if it's hard to melt off. I don't know. Maybe I WILL need surgery after all. This extra skin is incredibly annoying. Maybe I need to do something else besides walking and work muscles in the abdominal area but I would probably need gym equipment for that.
I admit that I have thoughts of Lipo to help things move along.
Did I mention I lost over 90 pounds since last year? :) 70 more to go and I'll be a happy camper.
