Boom!
I STILL can't get over that Boom thing. I KNOW, I'm annoying! I was talking about it with Chriss who I knew would understand the basics of just how weird that idea was and I eventually mentioned that the guy was not keen on the idea of me never lending him my photography stuff. He applauded my instincts. It's then that I realized he asked if he could use the stuff for the marriage... OH SNAP! That could have been MY stuff! This morning I also remembered him comparing my gear to the stuff he rented. He never was supposed to have touched it. I think I should give Hugo a call about that.
Chriss has decided that the DVDs must go and that THIS was the weekend to do it. I finally managed to reach him last night and told him the whole thing felt incredibly botched because of the very short notice and the lack checking out people's availabilities (amongst other things). He did sell me on the idea that none of this should end up being complicated and that the gang will go through it without a hitch. I DID get him to do some actual calls and up to now everything seems to be clicking. I had to cancel my weekend trip to the US though. Chances are that there is going to be some major left overs. Anyone who knew him and liked him (and vice versa) in any remote fashion should seriously think about showing up. It's what we will have to remember him.
Oh... and I got an inquiry about my account with an acceptable price! CROSS YOUR FINGERS, ALL OF YOU! DOOOO IIIITT!
