Demetri Martin was better than I could have ever expected. For some reason I assumed that he would be very different; even though I had nothing to base my preconceived notion on. The performance was a little forced because Demetri had to wait for the production crew to switch from scene to scene, but he is really a gifted comedian.
Spending time with Susie and her family has become one of my absolute favorite activities. Every time I get the opportunity to learn something new about one of her siblings or just listen to the hilarious remarks that they make I feel truly blessed. Being in a relationship is more than just finding someone with whom you connect; you also get the chance to double the size of your family. This week ought to be a lot of fun because Susie and I are headed home Tuesday night and we'll be in the Woodlands until Saturday or Sunday. Family time extravaganza!
