the (nascar) boys are back in town...
so its been awhile, thought i'd drop a quick update.
work's been hell lately, mostly this week. this being the big weekend that kicks off our busy season too. ungh. why do people quit without notice on the busiest times?
the nascar boys are in town for the bristol races this weekend. we have some of the crew from bobby hamilton jr's ride at our motel. by tomorrow, my day back.. most of the fans should be checked in, saturday, well... everyone should be here.
i've managed to make a new friend, granted she works with me and she's not a housekeeper. she's heather, one of the front desk girls. go me. she's a jr. fan and loves most of the stuff i do. bonus.
enough about work. my allergies have killed me. i have got to find a medicine that works.
kaci's two feet long! and 5 lbs! big girl!
we get desi back this sunday & plan on going to visit my parents next saturday, since i have it off. jeff's new job has been declined for the time being, so instead of him starting to work days.. he's working nights still... what a week.
i got my car back, its doing better now that i got the front brake pads changed and whatnot.. i get to get the oil changed in it today.. ooooh boy.
my cousin's about to have her baby, its gonna be a girl.. she's picked out the name: amaya rose.
well i guess that sums stuff up in a nutshell... has anyone else been bombarded with wonderful weather here lately? its been sunny & got up to 80 here yesterday! but the hihg on saturday is only going to be 49.. then it'll be back in the upper 60s- lower 70s sunday.. perfect race day weather.
