Saw Batman Begins last night. Absolutely awesome movie, not to mention one of the best superhero movies of all time. I loved what Nolan did with this film, from an origin point of view. Also, it looks like this will be the beginning of a trilogy...or more. I won't spoil it for you! Props to Mr. Bale for doing a great job as Bruce Wayne/Batman. ( Read more... )

haha wow i didn't realize there'd been 100 kid stars in the first place.. did they count the young michael jackson and the old michael jackson as two people?

i'd love a new mouthpiece for my bone. i'm (sadly) still on the 12C.. but i sound so good on it.. with my trigger/valve-LESS Bundy tenor trombone, which also really needs an upgrade...

and as for hockey, i miss it too.. so much, in fact, that i've been going to RED WINGS games out here.. baseball.. they're the minor team for the Twins.

keep on rocking it up for the poor boys out there.. i was thinking about getting up to TC for the cherry festival, as i'm in MI that weekend, but i doubt it'll happen.. sorry bro.
-still planning on going to a show or two.. when's the cd out?

Well.. I can't let three trombone players dominate this thread.. just realize that the trumpet is a much more dominating instrument... dominating I say.. :)

I hear ya about hockey.. it's sad to see the disembowling of a professional sport here in the states.. sad state of affairs..

Seriously dude.. find a store that rents 'Sledge Hammer' on DVD.. Who knows, maybe you won't like it.. But it's a classic old school show, and the main character is absolutely obsessed with his gun.. funny stuff w/ some great movie parody moments too (as long as you remember the show was made in 80's)..

Peace out Bro
