So it's been almost three months, that should explain how busy I've been. DDD went up really well, kinda sucked on my end though because of the pieces I had been cast in. One was the opening piece, which was the entire group, only I was one of the "chair people" which basically meant I got to sit in the center in a ridiculous costume and make a complete idiot of myself. The other piece was supposed to be this ballet where I was the main girl, but it changed into some wierd puppetmaster thing where i was still the main girl but i was suppost to be lusting after the guy in the piece. But then the sun came out (hehehe) and Igot to do an interlude bit with a bunch of my really good musician and dancer friends where we all dressed up like hippies and came out dancing around, playing instruments and singing Let The Sun Shine only we changed it to the fun shine because of the theme. It made DDD worth it for me this year. the next week I went to Montana for american college dance festival, which was awsome, great classes and performances and people, but then when tara and I went out on saturday after everything was over, I managed to break my hand- swing dancing- the second time I broke that hand in a yearand a half- opps, I guess that's what happens when you're 15 rum shots deep- it was a good night. Oh and right before spring break and DDD, Nick broke up with me, stating that the psuedo-relationship- yes he actually called it that- we were in was not worth either of our time and we would never be able to be fully open to each other. After that I ended up getting back together with Sean, who I dumed for Nick, and tings are going really well with that, so it all worked out. This weekend we went on his houses annual camping trip, which was awesome! It was great because it's especially for the seniors, and his class is seniors this year and I've known all of them since freshman year, so it made the first night-seniors only- even better. Two days of drinking, swimming in the river, grilling and enjoying the sun. Only problem was we all came back with some pretty impressive sunburns. Now I'm just concentrating on my senior concert, which happens to be on Saturday and I'm no where near where I need to be with costume-damn being a procrastination expert! So I'm stressed beyond belief, but Sean's being awesome and helping all he can. It will all work out and come together in the end. At least I got my cast off last week so I won't have to worry about dancing with it on.
