My cat decided we should get up earlier than planned when he coughed up a fur ball at 3:30am, so I crawled out of bed around 4am and was on the road about 45 minutes later. I missed going to ComicCon again this year and so did my subconscious because I dreamed about it.

Back in the states. Had a blast in Van! Already missing it. Staying the night in Seattle, flying home tomorrow.

Yesterday in Seattle: Noah's Bagels for breakfast (nom!), lunch at Redmills (more nom!), visited Archi McPhee, and Greenwood Space Travel Supply Company. Driving to Vancouver in the evening - 5 people and all of our luggage in a tiny little Honda - good times! :D ( Read more... )

Flying Virgin America is awesome! The captain stood just outside the cockpit and welcomed us and introduced the cabin crew. What other airline does that?!!! :D The captain's name was Steve and he looked very much like Colonel Everett from the SGA season 2 opener! :D
