Best of luck! You have a real talent for what you are doing. It is talent by the way, not everyone can just throw together amazing beer, cordial, etc. I hope 2009 brings you alot of wonderful things and it's wonderful to hear about the beer college.

Ah, that I am. And I would hate to miss out on everything. I just need to make up my mind on what needs to come first. I'm not used to being the pioneer on such things, I feel so uninformed.
