Friday
Last night was the last night for SNAKES ON A PLANE to be playing in Oberlin. Naturally, my housemates and I left to get 40s at Gibsons. Then... DISASTER! There were no 40s left at Gibsons. What was there was a crowd of about 20 very confused students thinking "If I can't get a 40, I can't see SNAKES ON A PLANE, and if I can't see SNAKES ON A PLANE, I'll die. I'll just die."
So, movie starts at 9:30. At 9:27 Rachel and I booked it for the Micky Mart, which is about .25 mile away. When we got there, there were only FIVE 40s LEFT!!! Those were the last five 40s in Oberlin, and we won them, and got to the movie in time to see all the previews.
In other news, I have a paper due in two hours which I have not started yet. Ooops.
