When I was in Tae Kwon Do in high school, sometimes my friends of roughly the same age and I would, when the teacher's back was turned, get a little rougher practicing with each other.  Now when I spar with the young bucks in the boxing class, I get annoyed by the same behavior. I had one of those "I'm getting too old for this" moments last night.  I was boxing and got knocked on my ass, not so much because he hit me as the back of my knees getting too tired to hold me up when he hit me.
