Tra la la!
Yesterday a good friend singled me out as a confidant to discuss a very serious personal matter. That was flattering, and I think it was constructive for him (although time will have to tell on that one).
In the course of that time, however, I did a little articulating of my own personal problems.
These things take a little time to simmer, but that articulation lightly spiced with a little philosophical musing and a sudden reaquaintance with my own sense of agency has turned me upside down a little this afternoon.
Nothing like an existential crisis to spice up the midweek!
At least the weather is absurdly nice.
In other news, I need more exercise and need to stop using computers so much.
