A nice day!
So here I am just chillin listening to the likes of Bob Marley and a little Jethro Tull. All while playing with my Chili recipe. My Chili is coming along nicely but I am having some interesting events concerning the sweetness to balance with the spice. It might just be a matter of timing on putting the sweetness in. Next time I will try and just wait the last 10 minutes or so to add...... As for the rest of this weekend its going pretty good all things considered.
I had planned on going to a meeting in Sacramento on Sunday but I just get my finances to stretch that far so I had to cancel that endeavor. Bugger, well I think I got what needed done handled over the phone via some calls, we shall see. But even though I didn't make it to Sacramento the weather here is just awesome! The sky is blue with a nice cool breeze keeping things as good as it can get! God's I love it here, it took me leaving for way too long to figure it out. I just hope life doesn't make me have to leave again.
