Paul Carney - Episode II - Attack Of The Clones
I spent three long years as af_punk86 and spread my thoughts out across 266 entries. That's actually not so much considering that I know a lot of people with thousands of entires. Some of them haven't even had a journal half as long as I retained mine.
Thats not the point though.
Right now af_punk86 is just under 2 months away from being deserted for an entire year. If I were to update it now I would feel obligated to have some kind of detailed acount of what went down in the 44 weeks without a single post. af_punk86 was always a continuing story begining my freshman year at Cypress Creek High School in Orlando, Florida, and lasting until my personal downfall in my Senior year at Cumerland High School in Cumberland, Rhode Island.
28 billion years from now, when the earth has been destroyed and humans are long since extinct, af_punk86 will be discovered by an extremely intellegent alien race and they will read my 266 entries curious about what human life was like (mine in particular because my life is amazing). Being as thoughtful as I am, I do not want the aliens to be confuzed when I post some random entry 44 weeks after it's predecessor with some random, dumb story of something that happened that day and completely throw off the groove and continuation of the saga that is af_punk86.
Therefore I will begin a new saga and start with a clean slate.
Today, paul_carney is born.
