Cleaned out the fridge before I left for work today. Still not sure *exactly* what it was that was smelly (there were a few potential culprits), but it doesn't smell anymore. I put in for today off about 2 months ago, not realizing it was also Memorial Day weekend. Since work is closed on Monday, I've effectively given myself a 4 day weekend. Not sure if I've mentioned it before, but I LOVE baking. Now that I'm out of school, I have loads more time to do it. Last week, I made Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies.

I just made Apple Crisp Muffins. Oh. My. Fucking. God. They are delicious. I think I want to make a 2nd batch for my mom tomorrow and bring them by while she's at work.
