I just had a conversation with a customer that went something like this:
Customer (speaking to someone in the background, then, "Asshole"): I don't know, that's why I'm asking you. It's my first time.
Heather (laughing): No one's ever said that to me before, that kinda makes me feel special and important
Customer (giggling): My face is beet red. As long as we're going there, I've heard it a few times before
Heather (practically falling out of my chair laughing): Anyways, about those glasses...
