I am working on 3 maps for the novel I'm working on. I did them originally in Powerpoint. (Mostly because I suck at other drawing programs.) I can't export them at anything more than 97 dpi, and the publisher needs 300+.

I have some animated gifs that I'd like to use as Icons, but I have no way to edit them to the required size without losing the animation. I'd also like to be able to stop the darn things from continually moving. If you can help, please holler!
