It may be silly, but my PGE bill just made me very happy.

Who can trim hair..

I need a trim -- about half an inch -- and the minimum cost to have it done around here is $11. I could go get a protein pack & cut, which is actually wonderful on my hair, but that would be close to $50 including tip, and that's just too much for my budget right now. Boo-hoo poor me.
